Anaïa Hoard is a French American artist who transforms the culture of sport into works of art through drawing, sculpture, and the objects athletes leave behind.

Every collection begins with a story. Anaïa is drawn to the objects athletes choose to keep because they often reveal more than the moments that made headlines. A jersey, a basketball, a handwritten note, or a portrait becomes a witness to a life shaped by sport.

Working across drawing, sculpture, and installation, she creates collections that bring together art and objects to reveal the stories that endure long after the final whistle. Her work explores what competition alone cannot capture: memory, identity, and the human experience behind the game.

The final whistle ends the game. It does not end the story. The objects remain. They carry the memories of victories and defeats, of beginnings and endings, and of dreams fulfilled and dreams still unfolding. Through her work, Anaïa invites viewers to look beyond performance and discover the lives, relationships, and experiences that shape the culture of sport.

Featured by the ATP and WTA Tours across their official platforms, selected as part of the Paris 2024 Cultural Olympiad, and recognized by the NBA through its Creator Series, her work reflects a commitment to preserving the stories of sport for future generations.
